This study investigates the paradox of digital transparency within the global aerospace supply chain, driven by the need for compliance with new European ESG regulations (CSRD and CSDDD). While Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are increasingly implementing AI and IoT-based monitoring systems to ensure traceability and supply chain resilience, this "hyper-codification" creates a fundamental tension with the tacit knowledge inherent in the industry. Drawing on Polanyi's epistemology, the research explores how Algorithmic Management (AM) risks causing an "atrophy of expert judgment" by attempting to force-translate human experience into standardized digital data. The paper examines how this shift from "built-in resilience" (human experience) to rigid "design resilience" (algorithmic governance) impacts the organizational integrity of second- and third-tier suppliers. The study concludes that to maintain operational resilience, organizations must balance digital compliance with HR strategies that enhance, rather than suppress, human expertise in managing unforeseen technical anomalies
