Grid management has always been a complex issue, especially whenGrids are composed by a large number of resources and the e±ciency isa core aspect (i.e. for realizing QoS-based Grids). For this, Grid admin-istration becomes increasingly important, and advanced instrumentationfor Grid management is needed. In this paper we present GridWalker, a visual application that allows the e±cient management of informationabout the resource characteristics and their updated status, in order toallow a proper allocation of user jobs.
