Grid management has always been a complex issue, especially when Grids are composed by a large number of resources and the e±ciency is a core aspect (i.e. for realizing QoS-based Grids). For this, Grid admin- istration becomes increasingly important, and advanced instrumentation for Grid management is needed. In this paper we present GridWalker, a visual application that allows the e±cient management of information about the resource characteristics and their updated status, in order to allow a proper allocation of user jobs.
